The sale of apartments in new residential complexes in Baku's Ümid settlement, as well as in the Absheron and Samukh districts, continues under the social project of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
Medianews.az reports that these apartments, each with 3 and 4 rooms, fully renovated and unused, with official documents and also available for purchase through mortgage loans, have been put up for sale at prices significantly below market value - ranging from 435 to 830 manats per square meter.

You can reserve your chosen apartment by clicking the "Reserve" button on the portal.
An apartment can be reserved by 3 individuals. If the first person who reserved the apartment does not purchase it, the right to buy the apartment passes to the next person who reserved it.
The person who reserves and purchases the apartment signs a sales contract with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population within 10 days. One legal entity or individual can buy any number of the apartments for sale.
The proceeds from the sales are directed towards providing apartments for the families of martyrs and persons with disabilities related to the war in other regions of our country.
