It was stated that the sea water temperature at the northern beaches (Sumgait, Novkhani, Pirshagi, Nardaran, Bilgah, Zagulba) will be 24-25 degrees, and at the southern beaches (Turkan, Hovsan, Sahil, Shikh) will be 25-26 degrees Celsius.
