The Turkish Defense Ministry has announced that 12 dry cargo ships with food had left the ports of Ukraine.
“The export of agricultural products from the ports of Ukraine is carried out under the control of the Joint Coordination Center. This morning another 12 ships loaded with food left Ukraine,” the ministry tweeted.
The export of agricultural products is carried out along the humanitarian corridor, it is controlled by representatives of the JCC. They also inspect every ship before entering the Bosphorus. Similar measures are applied to empty bulk carriers heading to Ukraine.
Since August 1, when the implementation of the “food deal” began, about 2 million tons of agricultural products have been exported from Ukraine.
