The motorcycle rider who grossly violated traffic rules and committed moto hooliganism in Baku and shared the footage on social media has been identified by police officers.
Medianews.az reports that during preventive measures carried out by the Khazar District Police Department State Road Police Unit, 21-year-old Zulfugar Agazadeh was detained.
A protocol was drawn up against him in accordance with the Administrative Offenses Code and sent to court for consideration.
By court decision, Z. Agazadeh was administratively arrested.//APA
