This was stated by Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in his address to the people on Constitution Day.
"According to the election results, the pre-election program of the formed majority includes the adoption of a new constitution," he said.
According to Pashinyan, the main significance of the constitution lies in the establishment of the rule of law, constitutional order, as well as "ensuring the organic connection of this order with the people." /Oxu.Az
