Ukraine may soon stop supplying electricity to Europe, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, informs TASS.
He noted that Ukraine supplies Europe with cheap electricity, but ‘at some point’ it will stop this in order to pass the winter period.
“We won’t have enough capacity to heat our homes. And that time is approaching,” he said in a video message to Australian officials, political scientists, experts from the Lowy Institute.
“We are constantly talking about the risk of such shutdowns. It could be days, weeks,” the head of Ukraine said.
