The Chinese market is one of the directions that "Azerbaijan Airlines" JSC (AZAL) is interested in, and in the future, the possibility of opening several routes in this country is being considered.
Medianews.az reports that this information was provided by AZAL.
It was stated that AZAL continuously conducts analyses for the development of the route network and evaluates new opportunities in various directions.
"Decisions regarding the opening of new flights are made after the necessary commercial and operational procedures are completed, and official information about specific directions is announced only after the final decision," the airline's statement said.
It should be noted that currently AZAL operates direct flights from Baku to Beijing three times a week.
