It is reported that Ilkin Yolchuyev, born in 2009 and a resident of the Kalbajar district, received a knife wound to the chin area. The injured was immediately taken to a medical facility.
As a result of the operational measures carried out by police officers, Nicat Ibrahimli, suspected of causing injury with a cutting instrument, was detained.
