On July 15, the President of the Slovak Republic, Peter Pellegrini, visited the "Sea Breeze" resort center located on the shore of the Caspian Sea.
Medianews.az reports that Emin Agalarov, the founder of "Sea Breeze," informed the head of the Slovak state about the projects implemented and planned for the upcoming period in the resort area.
Currently covering an area of 500 hectares, over 3 million square meters of residential and commercial real estate projects have been completed and put into use at "Sea Breeze." During this period, more than 500 real estate facilities have been built within the complex. Already, 20,000 residents live in the area, and by 2028 their number will exceed 50,000. Overall, once the project is fully completed, it is expected that 500,000 residents will live there.
More than 150 hectares have been allocated for recreational zones, parks, and beaches. In the resort city, necessary infrastructure has been established to create comfortable conditions for residents and guests, as well as to organize their leisure time efficiently. A school, kindergarten, and hospital have been built. Within the framework of the ongoing landscaping works, approximately 10 million plants and trees have been planted, resulting in the total green area reaching 300 hectares.
Located just 30 minutes from the center of Baku and combining numerous real estate facilities in various formats, "Sea Breeze" is considered a rare project on a global scale.
