The expert also stated that canned fish, oats, lentils, and beans as legumes hold an important place in daily nutrition. He noted that these foods provide the body with protein, beneficial fats, and fiber.
The doctor emphasized that products such as avocado, tofu, chia, and flax seeds are also important for health. Additionally, he recommended regular consumption of yogurt, green leafy vegetables, chicken, turkey meat, and edamame beans.
