Baku city, Khazar district, Bilgah settlement, in an uncontrolled area in the sea called "Dachnik" and 3 km away from the nearest rescue station, a 23-year-old person drowned in the sea.
This was reported to Medianews.az by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES).
It was stated that the divers-rescuers of the Small Vessels Control and Rescue Service on Water of the MES have been involved in the searches.
Currently, searches are being conducted in the directions where the citizen - Rahman Mazahim oglu Amirov, born in 2003, is presumed to have drowned.
