In the liberated territories - Aghdam, Jabrayil, and Lachin, the establishment of new "ASAN service" centers is planned.
This was stated by Ulvi Mehdiyev, chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan, in an interview with "Baku TV".
According to him, an "ASAN service" center has been operating in Shusha for two years:
"It is also planned to establish service centers in Aghdam, Jabrayil, and Lachin. These will be regional centers and will also serve neighboring districts."
