Famous Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic lost to British Jack Draper 6:4, 4:6, 6:7 in the fourth round match of the "Indian Wells Masters" tournament held in the USA.
Medianews.az reports, citing Idman.Biz, that the tennis players spent two hours and 35 minutes on the court. Djokovic made four aces – meaning his serve was not returned by the opponent – made two double faults, and converted three out of six break points. Draper, on the other hand, made 13 aces, five double faults, and converted three out of seven break points.
Djokovic has been champion of the "Indian Wells Masters" tournament five times (2008, 2011, 2014-2016), but since 2017, he has not progressed beyond the fourth round. One day earlier, the 38-year-old Serb was also eliminated from the doubles tournament where he partnered with Stefanos Tsitsipas.
Draper is the current champion of the tournament. He will face Russia’s number one racket Daniil Medvedev in the quarterfinals.
