Safe City service to be organized in Karabakh

"Safe City" services will be organized in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan in 2023–2025, informs the I State Program on the Great Return to the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, approved by President Ilham Aliyev. The Interior Ministry will run the service.
