The ambassadors of the UK and Norway in Tehran were summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, informs Mehr and Tasnim news agencies.
During the talks, the Iranian side expressed its strong objection to the British diplomat regarding the activities of his state and assessed the position of the UK regarding the current situation in Iran as “interference in the situation”. The ambassador, in turn, said that he would immediately inform the government in London.
“Oslo’s interference in Iran’s internal affairs” is cited as the reason for summoning the Norwegian ambassador to the ministry.
