Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has dismissed the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Azerbaijani-born Timur Tkachenko (Mammadov), from his position.
Oxu.az reports that this was stated in the relevant decree of the head of state.
"Timur Firudinovych Tkachenko is to be relieved from the position of head of the Kyiv City Military Administration," the decree says.
It should be noted that T. Tkachenko, born on August 18, 1989, in Kyiv, had been leading the Kyiv City Military Administration since December 31, 2024.
