It has been claimed that the property of Teymur bey Ashurbeyov, located in the Shüvəlan settlement of the Khazar district, is currently in danger of collapse.
Medianews.az reports that a post has been shared about this on social media.

It was noted that despite being a historical monument, this property is facing the danger of collapse due to neglect.
In response to Oxu.Az's inquiry, the State Service for the Protection, Development, and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture stated that the circulating information does not reflect the truth:
"Employees of the Baku Regional Department of the State Service constantly monitor the protection of historical monuments located in the mentioned area. The images used in the post were created using artificial intelligence, and no such historical monument or building exists in our country. The author of the said post, Gulnara Novruzova, was contacted and admitted that the source of the information was unclear and that the photos were not created by her."
In the territory of the Khazar district, the following manors are included in the list of immovable historical and cultural monuments approved by the Decree No. 132 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated August 2, 2001: Teymur Guliyev's garden (inventory number 2574), Isa bey Hacinski's garden house (inventory number 2575), Shamsi Asadullayev's garden house (inventory number 2576), Aziz bey Ashurbeyov's garden house (inventory number 2577), and H.Z. Taghiyev's garden house (inventory number 2579).
The only manor located in the mentioned area that has not yet been included in the said list is Kerbelayi Israfil Hajiyev's garden house. However, the issue of placing this garden house under state protection has been reviewed within the Expert Council on the Identification of Immovable Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture, and a positive opinion has been given by the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
At the same time, the inventory number 2117 mentioned in the shared information belongs to a building located at 57 A. Zeynally Street within the Inner City State Historical-Architectural Reserve area.
We express our gratitude to all citizens who approach the protection of our historical monuments with sensitivity, demonstrate careful attitude in this field, and contribute to strengthening public oversight. At the same time, we request that any facts of intervention related to cultural heritage or concerns about monuments be reported to our hotline (147)."
