Medianews.az reports that these words were spoken by President Ilham Aliyev in his speech at the opening ceremony of the XIII Global Baku Forum.
“Today we suffer from the lack of international attention,” said the head of our state, adding that we are witnessing the selective approach of some international participants who should be dealing with the conflict.
