The founding director of the International Mugham Center (IMC), Ilgar Akbarov, has passed away at the age of 53.

It should be noted that Ilgar Akbarov began working as a music editor at the Azerbaijan State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company in 1994, and since 2021 he was working as a founding director at the International Mugham Center.
