Medianews.az reports that these words were spoken by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev during a joint statement with Latvian President Egils Levits in Baku.
The Azerbaijani leader noted that this coincides particularly with a period characterized by certain disruptions as well as a somewhat limited availability of aviation fuel for some airlines:
"Fortunately, Azerbaijan's airline does not suffer from this. This could be another opportunity.”
