In New York (USA), a man poured an unknown liquid, set off firecrackers, and started a fire in front of the "Federal Plaza" building.
Medianews.az reports, citing the "Fox13" TV channel, that the New York police are investigating the incident.
It was noted that the building houses the federal immigration court, offices of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and a temporary detention center for migrants.
According to the TV channel's information, two people sustained minor injuries as a result of the incident.
Authorities are investigating the events as an "attack against the government." According to FBI director Kesh Patel, the suspect has been detained, and a pneumatic gun was seized from him.
