Famous singer talked about his difficult days: "To increase hatred towards me..."

Turkish singer Zeynab Bastık revealed that in the early years of her career, she was subjected to a prolonged lynching campaign on social media, which negatively affected her psychological state.

Demokrat.az reports that the singer stated during her appearance on the "Popcast" program presented by Kaan Ölkər on the "Fizy" platform that that period was very difficult for her.

Bastık said that together with her team, they only set the goal of doing better work: "If we stopped, they would catch us. Therefore, we had to keep moving forward without stopping. We focused all our attention on working, and this energy brought us success. Tolga Akış worked very hard for this career. Looking back, I feel a bit tired of all the running away."

Zeynab Bastık believes that a targeted lynching campaign was carried out against her: "False news was spread to increase hatred against me. Now I feel good myself. Regular therapy has also played a big role in this. I tell myself that people will always talk. I am known by myself and those who love me. Those who want to believe what is written will believe it anyway. Therefore, I have distanced myself from that environment. I do not read what is written about me. For four years, I have not searched my name on the 'X' platform."

The singer emphasized that becoming famous is not as easy as it seems. According to her, there have even been moments in her life when she cried saying, "I can no longer do this job": "I had difficulty regarding freedom. Now I am more comfortable, I can socialize more. But at first, I cared too much about what people thought about me and tried to be liked by everyone."

Zeynab Bastık also talked about her relationship with her boyfriend Serkay Tütüncü. She said their relationship is both passionate and based on trust: "We have a very calm and peaceful relationship. I feel most comfortable at home. We have started a life living together with Serkay, and now it has turned into my home. If a person is not comfortable in their own home, they cannot be comfortable anywhere."

Zeynab Bastık once again expressed her desire to become a mother in the future: "I want to be a mother one day. I think the biggest complementary part of my life story will be to become a mother."
