The Ministry of Emergency Situations' "112" hotline received information about a traffic accident on the Quba-Nügədi road in Quba district, where a citizen was trapped inside a car.
According to the report given to Medianews.az by the MES Press Service, firefighters-rescuers from the State Fire Protection Service of the Quba District Fire Protection Unit were immediately dispatched to the scene in connection with the information.
Upon assessing the operational situation at the scene, it was determined that a road accident occurred as a result of a "VAZ" brand passenger car losing control and crashing into an electric pole by the roadside, and that the driver was trapped inside the deformed vehicle.
The driver trapped in the car, Matlab Bakhtiyar oghlu Qadirov, born in 2002, was rescued by rescuers with the help of special rescue equipment and handed over to the emergency medical team.
An investigation is being conducted by the relevant authorities regarding the incident.
