Details of the incident in which 2015-born Abutalıbov Yaqub Zabil oglu fell into the river while the search continues in the village of Çəpli in the Kalbajar district have been revealed.
According to information from the Repair Construction and Management Service in the Kalbajar district, the minor, while in the area engaged in beekeeping activities together with family members, approached the river to get water and fell into the water due to carelessness.
Family members were also nearby at the time of the incident. A container with water inside was found on the riverbank.
Currently, intensive search and rescue operations are ongoing in the area by the search and rescue forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan and employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. At the same time, underwater search operations are being carried out by divers and rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
