FIFA has launched an investigation into the behavior of the Argentina national football team players following the World Cup final.
In the final, Spain defeated Argentina 1-0 with a goal scored in extra time to become champions.
According to Medianews.az, after the match, Leandro Paredes had a conflict with opposing players, and Nahuel Molina and member of the coaching staff Roberto Ayala were also involved in the incidents.
During the award ceremony, the Argentina players did not turn towards the Spain team, instead thanking their fans.
The Spanish national players, however, welcomed their opponents onto the podium with applause.
