On July 12, the body of Osmanov Farid Pasha, born in 2010, who drowned in the section of the Samur-Absheron canal passing through Velvele village of Quba district, was found approximately 15 km away from the place where he drowned, in the section of the Samur-Absheron canal passing through Gendov village of Shabran district, by the divers of the State Service for Control over Small Vessels and Rescue on Water of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
