Several earthquakes with magnitudes ranging from 3.7 to 6.9 have been recorded in the waters of Russia's Kamchatka region.

The epicenter of the strongest earthquake was approximately 178 kilometers away from the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
After the underground shocks, residents were warned about the possibility of waves reaching the shore and advised not to go to coastal areas.
According to the relevant center on tsunamis, the approach of a wave to the coasts of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky cannot be ruled out.
