The State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan has reported the average monthly nominal wage of paid employees as 1175 manat as of June 1, 2026.

mining industry - 4405.7 manat;
financial and insurance activities - 3185.9 manat;
information and communication - 2133.6 manat;
professional activities, scientific and technical activities - 1949.9 manat;
public administration and defense; social security - 1734.7 manat;
transportation and warehousing - 1570.7 manat;
real estate activities - 1395.7 manat;
construction - 1244.9 manat;
production, distribution, and supply of electricity, gas, and steam - 1150.4 manat;
manufacturing industry - 1060.4 manat;
health care and social services for the population - 957 manat;
activities in the field of recreation, entertainment, and art - 893.9 manat;
education - 825.4 manat;
administrative and support service activities - 813.2 manat;
water supply, waste management and remediation - 812.9 manat;
accommodation and food service activities - 800.4 manat;
trade; repair of motor vehicles - 763.4 manat;
agriculture, forestry, and fishing - 749.7 manat.
The minimum wage in the country is 400 manat.
