Among those who attended the birthday of People's Artist Aygün Kazimova were also her teachers.
Among those congratulating the pop diva were Honored Artist Vagif Gerayzade and Javanshir Guliyev.
In his statement to journalists, C. Guliyev spoke about Kazimova’s creativity and expressed his affection for her:
"I am Aygün's father. I have been by her side since her first steps. I have followed Aygün's creativity since she was 17–18 years old, helped her, and supported her. I have even played a role in her personal life in some cases. For this reason, Aygün is dear to me. Besides being a singer, she is dear to me as a person. Aygün Kazimova is one of the most important figures of modern pop music. Since the late 1980s, she has been defining the trends and styles of entertaining music, both in her repertoire and in her stage life."
The composer also conveyed his wishes to Kazimova:
"I wish her good health. I want her creative life to be as long as possible. Because I don’t see a second like Aygün." (Axşam.az)
