What should be done during a magnetic storm? - The therapist's advice to meteorosensitive people

A magnetic storm has been continuing on Earth for several days. How does a magnetic storm affect the human body? Who is mainly at risk? What preventive measures can be taken to reduce the effects of such storms?

Speaking to Medianews.az on the topic, therapist Gunel Jafarova stated that regular explosions occur in the solar system: “At this time, low-energy particles emitted from the sun spread towards the surface of the earth at very high speed. As a result, many health problems arise in meteorologically sensitive people due to an increase in negative charge.”

Magnetic storms activate the internal magnetic receptors in the human body and increase the stress hormone in the blood. This raises the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, high blood pressure, and increased blood sugar occur. Persistent increases in blood pressure and sugar can lead to conditions such as stroke and bleeding.”

According to the doctor, scientific research has shown that there are strong magnetic receptors in the adrenal gland that respond to magnetic stimuli, and when these receptors are stimulated, they affect the synthesis of adrenaline and noradrenaline in the body: “An increase of adrenaline and noradrenaline in the blood strengthens heartbeat and blood pressure, pupils dilate, and blood sugar exceeds normal levels. Magnetic waves with increased pressure affect circulating blood flow and increase tissue oxygen demand. Therefore, oxygen deficiency occurs in tissues. This causes headaches and extreme fatigue in people.”

Magnetic storms mainly negatively affect meteorologically sensitive people, elderly people, pregnant women, and patients with several chronic diseases, especially those with cardiovascular and high blood pressure problems.

On magnetic storm days, if people feel discomfort, it is better to consult a doctor. Taking additional medication independently or exceeding dosage limits is not allowed. It is recommended to avoid walking outdoors as much as possible, reduce physical activity, eat properly, and drink plenty of water.”
