Medianews.az reports, referring to "Report", that the Catalans intend to take the first step to transfer the 19-year-old forward.
The Leverkusen representative is open to negotiations for offers of 40 million euros.
"Barcelona" plans to finalize the transfer before the player's price increases.
It is worth recalling that the Cameroonian forward was bought from Spain's "Albacete" club for 5 million euros in 2025. His current contract is valid until the summer of 2029.
