Secretary of Armenian Security Council to leave for Moscow

Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan will leave for a working visit to Moscow,  informs  Armenian media. Grigoryan is expected to participate in the 10th meeting of the Secretaries of the Security Councils of the CIS member states, which will be held in the Russian capital on November 3.
