Türkiye stands by Azerbaijan, says Speaker of Erdogan

"Clashes on Azerbaijani-Armenian border cause concern," Ibrahim Kalin, Speaker of Turkish President wrote on Twitter. Speaker has noted that Armenia should avoid provocative positions while negotiations are underway: "Peace and stability can only be obtained on basis of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity and legal rights. Türkiye stands by Azerbaijan."
