On June 24, ahead of the "UFC Fight Night: Fiziev vs Torres" tournament, an open training session for UFC fans will be held at the Seaside National Park in Baku, near the Seven Beauties Fountain.
Medianews.az reports that the event will start at 17:00 and last until 19:30. Fans will have the opportunity to closely watch UFC stars before the fight.
The open training will feature the main fight participants of the "UFC Fight Night Baku" tournament – Azerbaijani Rafael Fiziev and Mexican Manuel Torres, as well as the participant of the night's second main bout Sharabutdin "Shara Bullet" Magomedov, along with local fighters Nazim Sadikhov and Fərman Həsənov.
During the event, each fighter will conduct a 10-minute demonstration training, followed by answering questions from the fans. The open training is considered one of the most interesting and eagerly awaited events of the UFC fight week. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with the fighters and experience the UFC atmosphere up close.
The event will be open to the public and free of charge.
Additionally, a special fan zone will operate within the open training area. Visitors will be able to participate in interactive UFC games, take souvenir photos in photo zones, and explore and shop official products at the UFC Store.
It should be noted that the "UFC Fight Night: Fiziev vs Torres" tournament will take place on June 27 at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku. Tickets for the tournament are on sale at iticket.az.
