The departure of Nəriman Axundzadə, a football player of the Azerbaijan national team, from the "Qarabağ" club is not heartbreaking for head coach Qurban Qurbanov.
"Report" news agency reports that Qurban Qurbanov gave a statement regarding this at a press conference.
He spoke about the possible transfer of the 21-year-old forward to the U.S. representative "Columbus Crew":
"The departure of a player like Nəriman from the team is not heartbreaking for us. But simply, due to recent known issues, he had to leave. Because he was not himself. Every day he had a different mindset, something would come up in front of him, he would come having read what was written about him. But Nəriman Axundzadə is one of the most productive players of our team. There was a need for him to leave so he could find his game again. Nəriman is a footballer I need, I need him in the tight schedule. There is nothing to be done. May the transfer go through and be good for him. He has suffered a lot to grow over the past two years.
