Also, the Cabinet of Ministers' Decision No. 80 dated May 12, 2011, "On the approval of Gas Usage Rules" has been annulled.
It was noted that the conclusion of the gas purchase-sale contract with the gas seller regarding the gas supply of the construction object by the consumer will be carried out through the "ASAN Service" centers until the establishment of "ASAN Kommunal" centers in the regions where these centers have not been created.
Until the organization of procedures to be carried out through the information system of the relevant system operator via the service channel of the Electronic Government Information System is ensured, the procedures envisaged to be carried out through that system will be carried out directly, by mail, or by electronic mail.
