There has been a change in the Azerbaijani national team roster.
Medianews.az reports, referring to AFFA's official website, that footballer Nariman Akhundzade has been removed from the roster due to injury.
It should be noted that the team will face the Ukraine national team at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium on September 9 in the DÇ-2026 qualifying stage. The national team lost to Iceland away on September 5 with five unanswered goals.
