Eight people died and six others were injured as a result of a tragic incident at a metal factory in India.

It was stated that the incident was recorded at a metal factory located in Vishakhapatnam city of Andhra Pradesh state. The tragedy was caused by molten iron, heated to 1600 degrees Celsius and transported by crane, spilling onto the workers.

An official representative, speaking to the "Press Trust of India" (PTI), stated that 8 people died and 6 others sustained injuries of varying degrees.
