Valerie Kallen: White bread is not completely harmful. It is digested quickly and provides rapid energy. It can be beneficial before exercise or during prolonged physical activity.
Coco Pierrel: It is made from refined flour and contains little fiber and nutrients. Because it is quickly digested, it rapidly raises and lowers blood sugar, which quickly brings back the feeling of hunger. Long-term use can cause fat accumulation and chronic hunger feelings due to unbalanced nutrition.
Michel Michelis: People's reactions differ. In healthy individuals, this effect may be temporary. If the diet is rich in fiber, daily use of white bread may not cause serious problems. In fact, white bread is recommended for some digestive diseases (for example, during Crohn's or colitis) because it is easily digested.
