The deadline for submitting documents for this year's Hajj pilgrimage has been extended until March 7.
Medianews.az reports that Vusal Jahangiri, head of the Foreign Relations Department of the Caucasus Muslims Office (CMO) and the head of the Hajj electronic system, stated this to "Report".
He said that the mentioned decision was made based on the instructions from the Hajj and Umrah Ministry of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as considering numerous appeals from Azerbaijani citizens living abroad and in the regions.
"We kindly ask our citizens not to delay, as the deadline will not be extended again after the indicated date," V. Jahangiri said.
