It is not legally prohibited to give credit to those who have delays in their credit history.
According to Medianews.az, pursuant to Article 10.1 of the "Law on Credit Bureaus," after the last change made in the information constituting credit histories, that information is retained for a period of 10 years. After this period expires, the information is destroyed or archived based on the consent of the credit history subject.
If there were delays or problems in previous credit payments, this may affect the granting of credit.
However, legislation does not prohibit banks or non-bank credit organizations from giving credit to individuals with delays. Whether credit is granted or not depends on the initiative of those banks or credit organizations.//Milli.Az
