In some areas, the precipitation is intense. The snow depth is 39 cm in Əlibəy (Zaqatala) and Lerik, 35 cm in Şahbuz, 32 cm in Kəlbəcər, 30 cm in Sarıbaş (Qax), 23 cm in Laçın and Qubadlı, 20 cm in Yardımlı, 19 cm in Kişçay (Şəki), 18 cm in Xızı, 16 cm in Xalta, 15 cm in Qrız, 13 cm in Şuşa, 12 cm in Şamaxı, Qobustan and Laza (Qusar), 10 cm in Xınalıq, 9 cm in Xankəndi, 7 cm in Şahdağ, 6 cm in Quba, 5 cm in İsmayıllı and Xocalı, 4 cm in Ceyrançöl and Sədərək, 3 cm in Füzuli, and 1 cm in Qəbələ and Gədəbəy.

In several areas, a west wind is blowing, with the maximum wind speed increasing up to 20 m/s in Neftçala, 19 m/s in Goranboy, 18 m/s in Naftalan, and 16 m/s in Biləsuvar.
Fog is observed in Şərur, Gəncə, Zaqatala, Qax, Şamaxı, Qrız, Daşkəsən, Gədəbəy, Göygöl, Balakən, Şəki, Qusar, and Göyçay, limiting visibility to up to 500 meters.
The minimum air temperature is recorded up to 2 degrees Celsius in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, up to 3 degrees Celsius in the Aran regions, down to -10 degrees Celsius in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and down to -12 degrees Celsius in the mountainous areas.
