The specialist emphasizes that the most reliable way to prevent back pain is regular physical activity. Movement is essential for the normal function of the spine and the muscles that support it.

Sanchez recommends getting up from the desk every 30 minutes, doing short warm-up or stretching exercises, and walking outdoors every day. According to her, regular movement preserves muscle tone and reduces the risk of musculoskeletal system diseases.
