What is Karaqanov afraid of? Putinin bir nömrəli politoloqu niyə qan-qan deyir?

Sergey Karaganov, honorary chairman of the Presidium of the Russian Foreign and Defense Policy Council and Doctor of Historical Sciences, once again called for the use of nuclear weapons in his article "How can Russia win the new world war?"

Karaganov, who proudly emphasizes that he has not been wrong in his predictions over the last 35 years, states that an incomplete policy in the war against Ukraine could shake Russia's resurgent power and spirit.

Considered Putin’s number one political analyst, Karaganov demands the destruction of the "Kyiv regime" as the main condition for ensuring Russia’s security.

Karaganov calls the idea that the use of nuclear weapons would lead to a global nuclear war a foolish thesis beneficial to America and urges the Russian authorities to abandon this approach.

Since it became evident that Russia could not achieve victory over Ukraine on the battlefield, Karaganov has repeatedly called for the use of nuclear weapons. After his first call, a response letter signed by a group of members of the Russian Foreign and Defense Policy Council, including A. Adamishin, A. Arbatov, N. Arbatova, A. Belkin, G. Bovt, V. Borovik-Khilchevskaya, A. Visotsky, A. Golts, among others, warned that after a nuclear war, the Russian people would face the prospect of losing their sovereignty under the pressure of the surviving peoples of the South.

Karaganov, as a Doctor of Historical Sciences, is well aware of what it means for a people to lose their sovereignty.

It has now been exactly two to three years since that warning was made. During this time, Karaganov has not only not abandoned the nuclear hysteria, but on the contrary, continues to invent new reasons to justify his old proposal.

Since the beginning of this year alone, Karaganov has expressed views justifying the necessity of a nuclear strike. There is only one explanation for this: Karaganov has understood that what is happening on the battlefield will shake Russia’s power and spirit. His fear is not unfounded.

Kirill Fyodorov, host of "Radio Rossii", Russia’s state radio, believes that only China and the US military can be compared to the Ukrainian army. Fyodorov states that if Belarus enters the war, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will crush Lukashenko.

Fyodorov is not the only one who acknowledges the power of the Ukrainian army. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio called the Ukrainian Armed Forces the strongest army in all of Europe in an interview with "NBC News".

The acknowledgment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' strength is not merely verbal. By becoming an indispensable pillar of Europe's security architecture, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have begun to play a serious role in a broad geography spanning from the South Caucasus to the Middle East.

The fear that Russia can be shaken has consumed not only Karaganov but also the Kremlin’s spy network. This is very clearly visible when looking at the Azerbaijani segment of social networks.
