The real surprise of the night for the actor occurred at the premiere of his first directorial work, "Propeller One-Way Night Coach." That is, the Hollywood star, who was invited onto the stage, was unexpectedly presented with an honorary "Palme d'Or" award.

The family adventure genre film is based on a children's book written by Travolta in 1997. The actor is the project's screenwriter, director, and producer. He also acted in one of the roles. The star's daughter Ella Blö Travolta also played a role in the film. The screen work will be released on the "Apple TV" platform at the end of this month.
