According to claims published in open sources, Bayramlı, who suspiciously obtained his diploma in 2005, was initially appointed chief physician of the Ucar district Qaziqumlaq hospital and later the chief physician of the Ucar Central Hospital. Z. Bayramlı led the Ucar Central Hospital for many years. Even after medical institutions came under the authority of TƏBİB, Z. Bayramlı was not touched.
