Medianews.az reports that the country's National Seismic Monitoring Center has released this information.
According to the Center, the epicenter of the underground tremors was recorded near the village of Mucukh, 25 kilometers away from the town of Akhalgori.
The earthquake, with a magnitude of 3.5, occurred at 20:40 Tbilisi time.
There are no reports of casualties or damage.
