8 people (3 men, 5 women) have been hospitalized in the Infectious Diseases Department of the Abbas Səhhət Hospital under the Ganja City United Hospital.

"They have been provided with necessary medical services on suspicion of poisoning," the information stated, adding that their treatment is currently ongoing in the relevant department and their condition is assessed as stable.
According to initial information, the poisoning occurred at a mourning ceremony.
