The Emergency Situations Ministry's "112" hotline received information about one person drowning in the section of the Samur-Absheron canal passing through Velvele village in the Guba district.
According to information provided to Medianews.az by the Ministry, divers-rescuers from the Ministry's Small Vessels Control and Water Rescue State Service were immediately involved in the search.
Currently, searches are being conducted in the directions where it is presumed that the citizen - Farid Pasha oglu Osmanov, born in 2010, drowned. Additional information will be provided.
