S. Məmmədli, born in 2008, who works as a chef at the "Khachapuri Baku" restaurant operating in Baku, has been held criminally responsible for acts of robbery.
According to information obtained by News24.az, the incident occurred during nighttime hours. During investigations, it was determined that after work, S. Məmmədli ordered a taxi twice while returning home. Upon reaching near his house in the Sabunchu district, he attacked the drivers, seized their mobile phones, and fled the scene. Two taxi drivers who were victims reported to the police.
During the investigation, it was revealed that S. Məmmədli sold the mobile phones obtained through robbery on the "Lalafo" platform.
As a result of operational-search measures conducted, he was detained and arrested. At the Sabunchu District Court, S. Məmmədli was found guilty under Article 180.2.2 (robbery) of the Criminal Code and sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment. However, considering his age, the sentence was suspended, and he was released from the courtroom.
